Registration to re-establish old heraldry and old letters of patent are of primary interest to the Blue Cross College of Heraldry since one of the major goals of the foundation is to help preserve Hungarian history and culture.   The process involves the following requirements and fees.

The petitioner will need to supply the college with copies of the heraldic artwork, letters of patent, and a genealogical chart of how the achievement has been passed down through the family lines.  Please provide as much information as possible.  More information will allow the researcher more success in determining the authenticity of the right to reclaim old heraldry.  The following will be the process that will proceed:

1. Submission of request to the Blue Cross College of Heraldry
2. Acknowledgment of receipt of required data and receipt of ($1000.00 US or 750.00 Euros)
3. Evaluation Process* ($600.00 US/ 450.00 Euros are non-refunded)
4. Notification of the Evaluation Process.  Depending upon the results the petitioner will either receive a written explanation and partial refund or they will receive a letter stating that the heraldry is officially re-established and registered and will be archived for future reference.
5. Archiving of documents pertaining to Existing Achievement Registration.
